Three individuals were arrested, and one man sustained injuries following an altercation that led to an exchange of gunfire between tow truck drivers in Brampton on Tuesday evening.
Peel Regional Police (PRP) responded to reports of a shooting at a plaza near Mountainash Road and Bovaird Drive East around 5 p.m.
The victim was located and transported to a hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.
A PRP spokesperson confirmed that the incident involved tow truck drivers.
"Three suspects were arrested, and a male adult was taken to hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound," police stated.
