Canada’s Barrett helps Raptors to 131-128 OT win

Mississauga's RJ Barrett scored 31 points and came close to a double-double as the Toronto Raptors edged out the Sacramento Kings in a 131-128 overtime victory on Saturday.

Forwards Ochai Agbaji and Gradey Dick each contributed 22 points, five rebounds, and two assists, though Toronto (2-5) let slip a 13-point advantage.

Montreal native Chris Boucher added 24 points off the bench for the Raptors, marking his highest score since the 2020-21 season.

De’Aaron Fox led Sacramento's (3-3) late-game rally with 24 points, including 14 in the fourth quarter. Domantas Sabonis recorded a triple-double with 17 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists, while Keegan Murray posted a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds before fouling out. Former Raptor DeMar DeRozan topped all scorers with 33 points.
