Central Alberta RCMP searching for suspect in rural highway sexual assault
Investigators describe him as 25 to 30 years old with a fair complexion, and 5’9″ with an average build.
Police are asking for help from the public to identify and find a man thought to have committed a sexual assault last month.
Three Hills RCMP say the sexual assault happened on Oct. 27 one a rural road near Torrington, close to Highway 27.
The male suspect was driving a black or dark blue 1980s model GMC truck that was missing its rearview mirror, police say.
Investigators describe him as 25 to 30 years old with a fair complexion, and 5’9″ with an average build.
He is also believed to have short hair and was last seen wearing a brown hoodie, blue jeans, and a black baseball cap with a white Boston Red Sox logo.
Anyone with information on the crime or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Three Hills RCMP at 403-443-5539.
Torrington is around 160 kilometres northeast of Calgary
