Montreal: 26-year-old woman stabbed in Sud-Ouest
It is not known whether the victim was attacked following a conflict, but no suspect has been arrested at this time, said SPVM spokesperson Julien Lévesque.
The Montreal Police Department (SPVM) received 911 calls around 10:30 p.m. reporting an injured woman on Notre-Dame Street West, near Greene Avenue.
Upon arrival, police found the woman with upper-body injuries. She was taken to the hospital, but her life is not in danger.
It remains unclear if the victim was attacked due to a conflict, and no suspects have been arrested, according to SPVM spokesperson Julien Lévesque.
SPVM investigators were sent to the scene to investigate the circumstances of the armed attack, which remain unclear.
