Once treatment is over, the Princess of Wales said her goal is to remain "cancer-free"
"Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus," she said.
Catherine, Princess of Wales, has announced that she has completed her chemotherapy treatment and plans to return to work this fall after her recent cancer diagnosis.
In a video message released on Monday, Catherine expressed relief at finishing her treatment, which she described as "incredibly tough" for her family over the past nine months.
"Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus," she said.
Although her treatment is complete, Catherine acknowledged that her "path to healing and full recovery" will be lengthy. Kensington Palace confirmed that she will undertake "a handful" of public engagements in the coming months.
