Saskatchewan Party's Moe says government must improve following election triumph

Saskatchewan residents are starting their day with the Saskatchewan Party once again in power, as Premier Scott Moe secured a fifth consecutive majority in Monday’s election.
Despite losing in the major urban areas, the party held onto rural support to win 35 seats in the 61-seat legislature.
In Regina, the Saskatchewan Party was completely overtaken by Carla Beck’s NDP, and it retained only two seats in Saskatoon.
Moe acknowledged the need for improvement, saying he has heard voters' concerns about issues like healthcare, education, and affordability.
While disappointed with the overall result, Beck expressed pride in her party’s progress and affirmed her commitment to holding Moe accountable.
